"..I left the Masterclass feeling so inspired that I went home and practiced on my keyboard until the early hours! The next day I was still buzzing!" Wayne Ross

Keyboard Masterclass

Dont miss your chance to learn from one of the best keyboard players in the industry! Howard Francis is well-known for his dexterity and nimble-fingered skills from playing with stars including Terence Trent D'Arby, Bryan Ferry and Alesha Dixon. His unique skills on the keyboard mean he even comes endorsed by Yamaha Music. Most recently, hes been on a world tour with superstar performer Will Young and a UK tour with Mica Paris as her musical director. For the first time ever Howard Francis is in Masterclass! A unique opportunity to spend two hours capturing inspiration on keyboard techniques, how to be a better player, workouts & pro expert tips and time for you to get advice and ask questions.

This is an exclusive two hour in depth session with Howard Francis! - he keeps the class to a small number (max 8 people) so that he can spend more time talk to you indiviually and you can contribute more to the class. Howard will share his experiences of life on tour and how his keyboard skills have developed. He then will show you new ways of playing chords by demonstrating through a popular song. He shows how to add 'juice' to the song without interferring with the melody, how to use tritones, how important voicings are, and the different ways you can interpret a song. There will be opportunities for you to try out what he teaches with Howard giving you individual guidence - but of course there is no pressure to do this! So if you prefer just to watch then that is fine too!

The Masterclass is an inspirational session - so Howard aims to leave you inspiried and motivated. There will also be opportunities to ask Howard your questions and get personal advice about your playing!

Howard is a very highly respected and regarded musician. I enjoyed the way he so eloquently broke down the rudiments of what he played - without using words / language that might only be understood by 'theory based' musicians. And the way he broke down the chord structures. Excellent. Daniel Thomas
